Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss products, we can only accept returns of unopened items with seals intact, within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. We recommend tracking your order using the dispatch confirmation details provided. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability are not the responsibility of Back Home Sea Moss.
